Standard shipping and delivery for most locations
east of the Mississippi is $850. A 'wide load' permit applies to
any cottage or cabin ordered over 8' x 6'. 'Wide load' permit cost
will be added to standard shipping costs.
Shipping and Installing Your Playhouse
Our playhouses are built to last and are delivered completely assembled so that you can enjoy the benefits of your playhouse immediately.
Standard shipping, delivery and installation rates are contingent upon existing yard conditions. Many things can affect the easy installation of your playhouse including yards with steep inclines, types of landscaping, and height and placement of walls.
Some playhouses may be delivered using a large truck and trailer and must have access to the site. We often recommend the use of cranes for less accessible yards. Cranes are surprisingly economical and are often the quickest and safest way to ensure the correct installation of your playhouse.
